I was coasted by this Elixir guy to try it. Basically , I've tried wheatgrass few times now. But I still have to get used to it. I just can't seem to stomach it as I should since I've tried it more than once already.

How it's taken: At Elixir where I frequent it's given by a shot of plastic glass/cup. It's like taking a shot of liquor. That's all you need actually. And it's quite expensive for that amount. But it's all good and healthy
*Elixir is die-hard health bar for health and excercise fanatics. It's in NYC. Way better and definitely does not compare to Jamba Juice.
OMG in the restaurant on the top floor of Selfridges, you can get them to juice you a small vial of wheatgrass. There is me thinking I was being healthy and I downed the thing. Basically it tastes like a little potent hell. It is the most repulsive taste but it is not only the taste -it is the burning like absinthe or tequila or something. Maybe it is that I am not a drinker so am not used to horrifying tastes, but I would really recommend drinking it as a blend in those green drinks you can purchase.
if someone juices it themself, does it have to be taken fresh?
Yes, it must be taken fresh! I've read that drinking juices from the grocery store with wheatgrass in them are basically useless because most of the healthy properties leave within minutes of the wheatgrass being juiced.
