hey uniq,

not sure in terms of spa but i know that the mandarin oriental is famous for its spa.
as for facials i would go to linda meredith on beauchamp place. she works with YonKa products and is the facialist to the stars: madonna, gwyneth, queen rania, etc. she is good
otherwise there is a facialist who is from monaco (from my beauty parlour) and who now works in london at a hair salon called joe caroll on draycott ave. she works with kanebo usually but she might be using margy's products in london.

hope this helps

I was going to recommend the Mandarin oriental as well. Another option is Eve Lom at the Dorchester.
