Beauty:

- Clearing my skin. I have had acne for years, and I was on accutane from October 2005 to May 2006. It has made a difference in my skin, but not enough. I am trying to get over this in 2007. Nothing seems to be the answer though, maybe it is only time that will heal this.

- Less make up. I have never liked excess make up, but due to my skin I might have slipped at moments. I think I am going to stop using foundation, or use it minimalistically. Maybe this will also improve my skin.

- Moisturizing my skin more in order to get rid of the dryness.

Health:

- I have suffered from clinical depression for the past year, and am trying to work through the causes of that. I am going to make lots of work for my mental health, and hope I will be off medicines in the beginning of 2008.

- Improving my diet. My depression also came with a body complex and binge-eating/restricting. Now when I am more balanced I have gotten rid of the body complex and unhealthy eating habits. I want to make my diet as healthy as I can, I want make sure every bite I eat does good for my body and my mind. I am planning on cutting out red meat and eating fish twice a week.

- More exercise. I haven't been doing any exercise as of late (thanks to depression), but I want to start jogging three or four times a week.

- Less alcohol, maybe quitting smoking. Unfortunately I do not have any motivation or want to quit smoking.

- Maybe start yoga?

1. Stop procrastinating, especially when school is concerned (yes, this is health related. Mental health!)

2. Start doing yoga.

This is so important, and something I want to start focusing on as well. I already don't eat red meat, but I don't think I can cut out meat entirely at the moment though I want to eventually. I also need to focus on eliminating snacking on junk food.
I want to make sure I do my yoga on a more regular basis. I used to be very tightly-wound, and yoga helped me release a great deal of that negative energy.

mine is to finally actually do the treatments on my skin that are long overdue...I haven't done it yet simply because I'm too lazy to find a good dermatologist and I don't want to go to just anyone

Be more diligent in washing my make up brushes and sponges and throwing out old make up instead of accumulating everything (although I never touch them anymore)
