Vitamin E oil against blemishes and acne scars

Hi everyone!
I think we already had a thread about this but I can't find it anymore so I was going to ask you whether you think it works or not?
I've bought some but I don't know how to apply it... instead of moisturizer?
On the whole face or only on the scars?
Thx

I don't think it's a good idea..
You should try to just take it orally from what a nutritionist once told me.
If you are trying to get rid of those flat red marks, you have to wear a broad spectrum sunblock and use something with kojic acid.

I've used it for a little while, but I'm not sure if it has worked. It's fun to put on though.

I think the other thread is titled "Facial Scars".

i've heard it's a myth that vitamin e can be absorbed topically, that is through the skin

I was really scared that it would make me break out. But strangely it never did. I may have even broke out less while using it. Am I imagining it?

I think you're right! I've been using it now for more than a week and my skin has improved

your not really going to break out because it's not like you are rubbing cooking oil on your face.
if you want moisturization, use what i use and that's decleor ylang ylang oil.
it moisturizes without being greasy at all. the ylang ylang is the formula for oily/acne skin. they have others too. i felt it helped purge the bad things in my skin.

I have no problem using oils on my face, I've used Vitamin E and it makes you glow but I haven't used it consistently and for long enough to say whether it fades scars.
