best men's watch for under $500?...

Just wanted to get some opinions on the best watch for under $500. Simply can't cough up anymore funds for a proper time piece. But... I fig $500 should be enough to get a nice enough one for the time being. So... Any thoughts?

How bout Tissot T-Touch ? It looks easy on the eyes and pretty practical too.
