Any bargain furs (or trims) out there given the credit crunch ???
It is soooo cold where I am and I am on the hunt for a new fur. Anyway so far I have seen this D&G one (as worn by Claudia Schiffer recently) at Saks.com reduced from $7000 (ouch) to $2,054 (wow!)
I jst figured that as people generally don;t have a lot of $$$ to spend, there must be some great baragains out there in furs. I certainly tend to make the odd purchase or two

I do know alot of his outfits were made by Tom Ford, but looking at that jacket i am not too sure thats one of his pieces, I think Tom did mainly the evening wear.
I see. I sure hope that it's not a Tom Ford because then there is absolutely no chance to get hold of one. I keep hearing it's a jacket from the upcoming Y-3 line. Although I cannot seem to find it in their 2009 collection. I'm really hoping that someone here can identify this jacket which seems to be an enigma.
