I know there's a thread in the "designers and collections" thread about the APC show in the Paris fashion week but couldn't find one related to the actual shopping. If there is such a thread, please Mods feel free to merge.
I already spotted some boots in stores from their Fall collection that I really like.
Otherwise I found these Fall 08 preview pictures from the Nylon website.
Well my wardrobe is APC, I almost do not buy any another brand(besides a couple of Isabel Marant pieces when I go to Paris), and I will continue to do so. I like the fact that it's not really "on trend" and that the quality is amazing.
serendipity, i got the same top as you and i love it too. it might be on the verge of costumey, but it's so well made and cute.
a.p.c. is about the only brand that i will shell out for these days. it's not avant-garde, but neither am i. i like that i can get stuff that i can wear for years in a lot of different ways, in better fabrics and construction.
They have a shop here in Stockholm and my friend lives above it, I have to force myself not to go in when I'm visiting
I just really 'connect' with the A.P.C. aesthetic, as clichéd as it sounds..
the one thing that I sometimes dislike is the fit of the dresses, I feel like they're cut for children; not women. The best things to get from A.P.C. are boots, coats and tops. They last forever, and you can't go wrong.

Ah, I thought I was alone having this problem with APC! The chest is often too tight for me too.

well, the dresses are cut for women, but small-chested or -framed women, the shoulders especially are cut narrow on their dresses, and that's part of the good fit for me.
but the pants don't fit me very well. i found their jeans sizing this season to be widely variant. the 70s jean ran small, while the super 70s (I hope i'm remembering the names right) ran huge.

the tops are really good, i agree.
Well I'm thin and small breasted but I'm not exactly small framed, I have large shoulders and they fit to perfection. I do not buy their jeans because i do not like the denim.
I buy APC in what in my opinion is the nicest shop in London, SHOP AT MAISON BERTAUX, it's under the most lovely cake shop in the city(Maison Bertaux), so you can buy your dresses downstairs and then drink some tea and eat a beautiful cake upstairs. I guess I'm addicted to the shopping experience as much as APC clothing.
