All-in-One Liquid/Lotion Makeup Remover?

I've been looking for one of these for ages and all I can find is eye-make-up-specific liquid remover and make-up removing pads/wipes. Since I usually wear light foundation every day I need something that removes that (not just eye make-up) and something that lasts more than 20 days (as with the wipes/pads).

I did come across Neutrogena All-in-One Make-Up Remover, but I found it didn't work so well: I always had to wash my face afterwards to get rid of everything as wiping it off my face with a cotton wool ball/pad didn't do enough. Plus, the remover often got into my eyes and stung.

People have mentioned baby oil, but it is the same and because of the oil I am washing my face a lot longer...

Does anyone know of an all-in-one liquid/lotion make-up remover that can be used with cotton wool balls/pads and is good enough that the make-up comes off in one or two wipes? Preferably something affordable and long-lasting.

I'd recommend the Shu Uemura Oil Cleanser - whichever one suits your skin type.

I'm presuming you haven't used one before - simply two pumps massaged all over your face and eyes dislodges and dissolves all your makeup comfortably. Use lukewarm water to emulsify the oil into a milk and then rinse off.

This cleanser doesn't make your skin feel squeaky clean and tight, so if that is what you are after - this won't cut it. It does however make your skin feel soft and refreshed. It leaves absolutely no residue and is very gentle, quick and easy to use.

The initial price of the cleanser may be considered steep. I personally buy the 450 ml version which makes it better value compared to the smaller bottle. I find it lasts me an entire year - using it to remove a full face of makeup daily. Taking this account, I find the cost justified - it doesn't strip my skin, is a pleasure to use and requires nothing but water! It's perfect.

Eurasian Mélange, I wear a light foundation too and I use Vichy's Purete Thermale 3 in 1 cleanser. You can find it on sale at Shopper's for 20 dollars, for a 300 ml bottle that will last you a long time.

It's a creamy milk cleanser combined with toner and eye makeup remover. It's pretty effective at getting rid of foundation when used with cotton pads. It gets rid of eye makeup too and leaves my skin really soft and smooth.
