I got them at Saks NYC. I just HAD to have them. My SA Sunny (212-940-2401)could help you if you want to call him. They also come in a beautiful Taupe (with same natural back as the black). They are calling the taupe "Grey," but it's really not. Sunny said they only did a very small run, and I haven't seen them anywhere else. Good luck and let me know if you get them!
I was at Barneys today and I saw two other colors of the lace-up-the-back style I bought. One was gold, and the other was silver. Fun! Saks also had them in Taupe.
She's got some other pretty styles this season including a t-strap sandal that is very sweet.
