these flat lanvin boots are absolutely perfect and exactly what i am looking for... however... they look a bit fragile so i'm hesitant to buy. so gorgeous though!
The wood Yves Saint Laurent boots in post #1 are even more gorgeous in person; I had a difficult time tearing my eyes away from them. I would say they're one of my favorite boots from the fall 2007 season.

Yes, I like them the best! They are dififcult to find though.
From all the boots this year I preffer the short leced up booties. At least something different from last year.

Oh i think these are perfection too. I'm also concerned about their longevity after reading about the leather being fragile on another thread. To get or not to get...

I feel like I have spent half of my adult life searching for the perfect fall/winter boots.
I have yet to find my perfect pair but I am still on the prowl and this thread is giving me some inspiration.
