i thought they were the mouse flats too but the cutouts are diff and i dont think hers have the little bow...

This might be too far-fetched but Calvin Klein had pumps with similar cutouts in a/w 2003. They were featured in Harper's Bazaar with Madonna on the cover.

i've got a feeling they are Celine. I was flicking through Harper's a few months ago, and they were in there. Remember I posted that thread looking for black pointy flats, and I said I like the Celine ones but they are too expensive for flats? (They're around $600) and then Softie recommended the Marc Jacobs mouse flats.
