^ Now that I look at the picture again, I think the last pair would look decent if only the photographer didn't use such a harsh flash (which washes out the white tights). Who knows?

I really want these

They are in a 39, and I usually am between a 37.5, a 38, and 38.5. Will they be too big?

shirlee, i have these. they run maybe 1/2 a size small, so if you're a 38.5... it might work. also, since they are laced, you don't have to worry about them slipping off.

Your best and only shot is ebay, I guess since they don't make those anymore.

Just a word of warning. I own these, I'm a UK 5 and these are meant to be a 38 but they're HUGE! Also, they are virtually impossible to walk in and very very uncomfortable. I've ended up being sick from the pain of walking in them for one night, mostly due to the wooden sole making them impossible to walk in.

I always thought that Chloé shoes run a bit on the larger side because sometimes I can easily size down. I have the hidden platform silverado buckle booties from the same season and I don't think they are they super comfortable either. Probably something about the wood. I can wear them for for a whil but also have the feeling that they get a little heavy with wear. Come to think of it, I haven't worn them at all lately.

I don't wear my ones with the wooden sole. I don't find the wedge hard work, but the heeled ones with the wood are just ridiculously painful and hard to balance in.

aww. but they're so pretty, I'm still trying to break my neck finding the heeled ones. I don't really like wedges at all so I'm not keen on that.

maybe you can wear it to some event where you know you'll just be sitting or standing a lot and not really moving?

Well, if anyone of you don't want yours anymore and it's a size 35, PM me!
