For me, Gucci has yet to top these two styles from 1997.

This one with the ankle cuffs is from Spring. My mother has them in bitter chocolate suede (much nicer than the green python) and they still look amazing when she wears them.

And then there are these from Fall. I remember being dragged into Gucci on 5th with my parents when these first came out and these were the first item of Gucci I would ever lay my hands on. They're so sexy, so dangerous, so sleek....
