Stalk eBay - don't give up! I purchased 3 pairs of OTK boots from there!
I have always like the look of high-boots and I have always thought of them as inverse leather leggings.
They are surprisingly easy to wear, I personally feel the look is not slutty at all as long as the exposed thigh area is covered.
