shoes for the tall girls?

Okay, so I am 6'0 and pretty damn skinny. I have never gotten accustomed to any sort of heel because i'lve been ashamed of my heght from 4th grade on.

So now I am a (somewhat) young graduate student trying to figure out how to work her shoes. I have a ton of sneaker, ballet flats and some scattered heels.

I want to love heals because they are so amazing, but I hate feeling like an amazon freak in them. Taller than all they guys in my grad program and i jus totally feel like i hover over "normal" size guys.

I want to be hot withouf feeling life a freak.

Any stories or great shoe ideas?

I would say to wear heels anyway. Nothing else makes you look as fab.

^^I agree. I felt the same way. I'm a bit shorter I'm around 5'9 or 5'10.

i'm 182cm tall. i also.. emm.. i love heels but i dont want to look like a giraffe.

i have a lot of wedges. a lot of heels. but i always go for ballet flats and flip flops.

i think its time to push the boundaries and let my fantasy blossom.. i am going to start wearing heels. and thank you for this thread!

Feeling like a freak is all in your head. Just do it, and evetually it will feel natural!

I'm 5'8.5 and when I wear heels it can be a bit uncomfortable, but I do it anyway! Once I got used to wearing them, I feel a sense of power in heels
I think you should do it! You will stand out in a very good way
