Another size elevener here.

I can rarely find non-designer shoes that I actually like that fit me. I live in sneakers most of the time.

marc jacobs is great. i generally wear those for the most part, i can be anything from a 10-11 depending on the size. jimmy choo fits well. and while, not designer, department stores can carry some fantastic shoes in bigger sizes

I can rock a size 11 from women's shoes...last month I tried on two pairs of Louboutins that fit me perfectly, the rounded toe pumps in leopard print and the purple/gold candy striped ones...too bad they're too expensive

I think sizing depends on the designer... Manolo does tend to run a bit small.

True. I wear size 39.5 or 40 usually, but I needed a 41 in MB.

Ok I just did another check: Dolce & Gabanna, Blahnik, Zanotti, Dior, Burberry all have shoes that go up to 12/42.

Where'd you find all of these?

Neiman Marcus/Saks. I have an easier time buying larger shoe sizes online than in the stores.

ONEHOTGRRL - Do you find you have to continually search the web for styles and sizes, so that you do find a pair that actually fits before they are all gone?

its very stressful shoe shopping... one person said buying a shoe is like chosing a boyfriend... you need to try them all on before you can buy

I have a size 10 Wide and back problems, so I need wider flatter shoes. Very difficult to find cute ones that are also comfy!

45 is a UK 11 or a US 12 so... (my size, hence why I know...)
44 - 11
43 - 10
42 - 9
41 - 8!

Remember that US women's shoes are a half size off US men's shoes though...

So, if I wear a 10 in like Steve Madden and other regular shoes, what size would I be in Manolos or Louboutins?

Prince- In my experience, US Women's shoes are about 1 1/2 or sometime 2 sizes off the Men's sizes. I usually wear an 8.5 or 9 in US Women's- an 6.5 or 7 in US Mens

I think that big-footed girls are lucky. All of the amazingly discounted sale-racks usually still have lots of very small and very large sizes left. Go to the Barney's Warehouse sale on the final day and they'll be lots of 75 percent off Manolos/Louboutins/Pradas in size 11. In size 8.5? Only the uglies will be left

Manolos a 41 for sure, probably the same in Louboutin. Just to confuse the issue some more, some size charts point out that Italy size 40=France size 41.

And another item: I have one pair of YSL that are labeled 41.5 that are really too tight, and one pair labeled 41 that are totally comfortable .

The only answer is to try anything that's within the ballpark and hope for the best!

Yeah the best bet is to keep searching over and over. And try not to hesitate if you can help it or they might be gone.

Aldo sells shoes/boots (including high heels) up to size 12, but not online.
