I think most model's feet around around 9 which is like the average shoe size. It's not fair. I should be much taller with feet this big.

That's so unfair! How can 5'11 glamazons have size 9 feet? I'm not even 5'7 and i wear an 11! I demand a foot recall! Or at least give me another four inches on the top...

Nah, not really. She's stocky (German/Irish) so it looks alright on her. I'm a lot more disproportionate and I'm 4 inches taller and skinnier.

im 5'11, have a size 10.5 or 11 foot so i guess im in proportion... but they just seem so bloody big and i feel like they look worse in flats... but im over it!!

i have size eleven feet too! i can sometimes get a ten depending on the style, but i always get sore feet no matter how well they fit to begin with, i hope my feet have stopped growing!

Chloé has up to a size 42, and I am a true 41 and do fit in the Prince boots. However, the Prince pumps I bought are too small. And I do look rediculous in flats, since I am very thin, with huge feet. Looks awfull. How do you feel about flats?

Does anyone else here find European sizes scary? I bought a pair of some cute flat boots in Spain. I asked for a 40 but that was WAY too small (didn't know US/European sizing at the time) so I asked for 42 or 43 but the lady gave me a weird look and brought a 41 (Which is an European sized 11, right?). The boot was snug but they were cheap and I really wanted them so I bought them.

I shouldn't have. I can't wear socks with them and if I wear them barefooted, my big toes hurt. Am I more of a 42 or 43? I guess I should be more aware next time.

Until a couple of years ago, US10=Euro41 was the rule. Now they're squinching on sizes, and calling Euro40 a 10. 'Tain't so!
And then there's the matter of width, which is even worse, since few offer a choice.
The ultimate insult is "full sizes only"!!!
