I too have issues with MJ sizing. Which pair are you having the problem with, maybe someone here has seen them elsewhere in the size you need, probably a 40, non?

yay, I was going to say the same thing. Post a piccie or desrcribe the ones you mean and we can help with the hunt for the right size. A kind of cinderella service
I agree its very frustrating, although I personally always find his size 38 perfect for me, but I only ever buy the higher shoes so maybe there is more of a difference in the flats.

you girls are sweet, and that fire spitting face is hilarious!

picture from footcandyshoes.com

i have them in 39.5 but my poor toes get all curled (i'm already a size 9, so, this is just stupid) and i have a 41 on the way (i know they will be too big).

what i need is a 40 or 40.5

i waited so long to get them because they retail for $380, but i got for $113 (that included shipping, so i don't even know the real price...lets just say, real cheap). I dont exactly want to spend more than that. I have a lady at saks trying to help me, but i know it will be no good.

So, if there is no 40 or 40.5, i will either try to stretch the 39.5 or pad teh 41s! hahaha

oooh yes they are lovely, I got a very similar pair on sale in purple with green ribbons, really pretty. Well for that price I think you should keep the large pair that are coming and just put a heel backing on to pad them out

I'm sorry!

I agree, it's always annoying when this happens...I ordered a pair of Marc flats that I wanted so badly, only to receive them and discover that they were tight. I wound up keeping them anyway

Whenever I order MJ shoes in size 39.5 thinking they are 9.5 they are always too small. But if if they are marked 9 1/2 they fit pretty well. Size tens are always too big, but 40s are okay. I have a pair of rain boots that are marked 9/40 even though I wrote to MJ and they said they used Italian sizing, and that their 40s are 10, 39s are 9, etc. It's depressing, I've wasted so much money ordering shoes online.

Very odd indeed....I find MJ shoes a tad too big for me. I have to get 37.5 (US7.5) when I really wear a 38 (US8). It must just be very inconsistent sizing.

I've just ordered the mouse shoes in a size 37...I am usually a 36.5,have MJ flats in 36.5,but some summer slides in 37 and boots in 37.5,and they all fit fairly snugly!
Size 37 was the smallest that NAP.com had left unfortunately...so I hope that the mouse shoes run smallish...does anyone know for sure?

So please, scare me
It was said that they are 8.5us and 39eu, and I wear true 39eu....so maybe someone has them and can tell if they fit right?

Damn...I`ll cry louder than my cat if they won`t

lol "cry louder than my cat" hahah that's funny. I hope they fit, they're pretty cute. But, who knows...it IS marc jacobs. and, to travis, you are right. there are a lot more reasons for me to be upset by him. I"ll start with the ugly bags he's pumping out of louis vuitton...haha

Sizing Marc Jacobs Shoes

I really like these shoes:
http://www.closettherapyblog.com/blo..._black_wh.html

Just wondering if anybody has them or something similar by Marc Jacobs... because I'd have to buy them online and not sure what size to get. Do they run big? Small?

If you look in the thread called "post-your-shoes" I think someone has recently posted having those or something very similar by MJ. Maybe you can try PMing them?
