I just considered getting some for the first time a very short time ago. To me, it's definitely time to start wearing them. I usually wear grey jeans in a leather jacket, and I live in la la land where mud and snow is a problem.

I had a pair of the tall boots in high school and someone stole them from the changeroom during gym class

i found a pair of bright yellow ones that were my mom's. i've yet to wear them, but i have a feeling they'll work their way into circulation.

I like them a lot. They're kind of expensive though.

Hmmm...I do and I don't like it.

I'm quite 'grungy' or so I'm told, but I'd much rather buy a pair of vintage chunky boots than wear Docs. Too many connotations...

i had a pair of the oxbloods 4 holes, silver 8 holes and cherry 14 holes.
i wore the heck out of the oxbloods. i bought them at the shelly's shoe store in london (anyone been there? its a veritable DM bonanza)

i think a lot of people stopped buying them when they started making the shoes in china. i think production values and prices went down. but ive noticed there is still some shoes that are made in the UK that seem to be good.
