There is a pair at Duo Boots I am eyeing myself.....not suede but I think they do have some suede boots that are over the knee........

Not everybody can wear this trend, but Chanel made them look spectacular.

i bought some...they end just above my knee (which is good because i dont like my knees haha) but without heels...i thought they'd look too tacky with heels...and id feel tacky too

I bought these from YSL two years ago and I love them! But you have to be really conscious about what you wear it with and how you present yourself when you wear them. They're not really for those days that you don't feel like brushing your hair . pic from my blog
I can add that they're about 15cm less thigh-high on me..
The Givenchy F/W 2007 RTW deserves a mention in this thread too.
