You do sleep on a plane, but you’re not going to bed you know? Unless you’re lucky to have one of those sleeping areas (bed, etc). Even so, I wouldn’t want anyone seeing me in my bed clothes. For comfort: yoga pants, t-shirt, sweater or wrap flip-flops and/or socks and slip-ons can be just as comfortable. You can also bring pretty pillow cases for the nasty airline pillows. It’s not that stylish, but at least you’re not looking like a 2 year old.

I understand that people want to be comfy on a plane considering that you're sometimes sitting there for 8 to 12 hours. I've never seen anybody wearing pjs though not even on a really long flight. I think sweat pants/track suits are ok in this particular case as jeans tend to get uncomfortable when they are a little tighter.

right now, gladiator sandals, and girls wearing skin tight clingy polyester shirts squeezed tightly over bulging love handles and halfway over their butt, as if somehow they're doing the 'layering' look and looking hot. It doesn't look hot when it adds twenty pounds to your waist.

about the plane subject

I always keep a pair of sweatpants in my bag and change to it in the beginning of the flight and then change back in the end and always wear a nice looking but comfy top

that way I can look good at the airport and still feel comfortable flying
