I think Hillary Duff and the hordes of other young actresses out there really need to work on developing a sense of identity. They are all clones of each other. Honestly, maybe I'm getting old (I'm not), but every actress under 25 looks the same to me. Cheesy overexerted smiles, permatanned skin, skanky Juicy/Louis outfits, and absolutely no personality.

Don't like her style...it somehow says to me that she goes for "pretty" stuff but doesn't really know how to put it together. I'm sure she'll get a hang of it someday.
She seems very sweet on TV though
