When I saw Karmen in Teen Vogue, I was captivated! She is so beautiful! I'm not sure how old she is, but I think she is from Estonia. She is with Next Models and MJ Models. She is 5'10 but I am not sure about her measurments b/c her agencies have completely different info. Next models says she is 33-23.5-35 and MJ Models says 38-23-36.
