I love the shoes, but other than that I would not be paid to wear those hideous tiered skirts thing - they make the models look bad. Its just so despereately try hard and wannabe "individual", yet its not even an interesting collection. I also think the clothes look very poorly made, sort of the thing a fashion student would make in their first week...

This really is a cool collection to me. I'm like just sitting here smiling because it really made me laugh and in a good way. It definitely isn't taking itself too seriously. Yes, some of the leather skirts are unflattering but this is memorable. And to whoever said this looks poorly constructed, I'm not sure what fashion student could just whip this up. It's made very well from the looks of it.

It's not completely different from his last collection either if you look closely at the circles and chiffon.

Ok, I'm ranting now but this collection seriously has me excited.

I hate the Gorilla print tees. Yeah its funny and ironic and whatever - but its also UGLY.

I thought the animal references, in some points, were way too obvious.

I also hated those slip dresses with fur fringes. That was SO tacky.

I preferred last season to this. Although this has some good pieces, it also has some really BAD pieces. Don't know how to feel about it yet.

There are parts of this that are genius. Parts that are horrific. I'm drawn to it though - moreso than any of Kane's other work.
my perception of reality has been rocked

First of all the shoes ROCK!!!! Look at them~! thyre deadly!
Secondly, I love the shapes, very very fresh. Very original. I love how everything looks so symmetrical too. Love the piece on Kim Noorda. and Elise! Shes on the runway!

i took another look at the collection and i must say the more i look at it the more i love the circle pieces and the leather (although that look on sessilee is a bit too much). i still think the gorilla print seems random, even though it 'makes sense' after reading what was his inspiration. we shouldn't have to wait for an explanation to realize something makes sense in a collection, because if we can't see it then what's the point? not that i think it should to be obvious but how many gorilla pieces this collection has? two out of a thousand circle looks? oh and nothing will convince me that those maribou trims make any sense, really. i'm interested in seeing detail shots of the shoes now...

The sweaters are just like the ones Sibling makes, did he work with them? If not, that is a bad move to steal from a fellow up and coming London design team.
