She's got a few stores opening in the US, and a couple that are already open in New York.

I think the clothing that she sells in Russia and here are different, because the stuff I saw on her US site actually looks pretty nice.

Her clothes are such trash I mean really. I find it very hard to imagine anyone over the age of 12 being interested in her brand. Just goes to show how far nepotism and money can go. Also, before I knew anything of the brand I couldn't but help think of "plastic" (like "fake") when I heard "Plastinina", just sounded really similar.

I saw a video of her and it looked like she was seriously tweaking on something; her eyes were enormous and she couldn't sit still. Very weird.

I passed by the Soho store the last time I was there. Did it just recently open? I don't remember seeing it before. I should've browsed around... but the pink overload was just way too much for me.

I went into this store last week and ugh everything was AWFUL. The SA tried to sell me a slutty tube top that was basically a swimsuit because it was cut out practically everywhere. Not to mention the fabric is cheap and tacky. Ew.

Embarrassingly I've been following her podcast for the latest 4 weeks and to my surprise things are really taking off for her over in LA with people like Danity Kane and Leighton Meester visiting her store.

The term designer is questionable in this context since I suspect that her very wealthy father sets the entire charade up for her, hire some graduate designer who piece together clothes which Kira either approves or disapproves.
