I found out about Mika through a friend and I am now completely in love with the music. He's based in London and his sound reminds me a bit of Elton John. Very much cool! Has anyone else heard of him?
I watched his video the other day, thought he was very funny and entertaining, me and my husband couldn't stop laughing, his voice reminds me so much to Freddy Mercury.
YES! his voice does remind me of Freddie Mercury. that's what i thought when i first heard Grace Kelly. I thought it was a never-before-released song of Freddie Mercury. turned out it was this mopped haired young guy.
their voices are so crisp and both can reach the same high pitch effortlessly ...
I just heard it for the first time on The Culture Show, so this is a big hit in the UK? (Maybe here in Holland to, but I don't watch Dutch tv or listen to the radio, so I don't know)
I really don't see the appeal of this. I even like James Blunt more than this.

The whole album is brilliant, I would definately recommend it. 'Lollipop' is such a silly song but it makes me happy. But my favourites are probably 'Relax, Take It Easy' and 'Any Other World' but I can't forget about 'Grace Kelly' either! The first time I heard it, I thought it was insane but the song and Mika's voice grew on me so much.
