Radio Stations

Which radio station?

After using LaunchCast for ages, I've recently discovered RollingStone Radio, and it's much better. Not to mention free...

I am an old-fashioned kinda girl....I love the radio....it's good old BBC for me....radio 4 for the issues raised, 5 live for the sport and online radio 6 for the great music.

When I do feel the urge to listen to the radio, I go for www.live365.com. But I usually (99.99% of the time) just listen to stuff on my hard drive.

I love the radio. BBC Radio Scotland is great as is Radio 4. Radio 1 sucks however!

I am totally with Strawberry.

Sometimes I do listen to Yahoo radio though (the free version), when I'm at work doing something extremely boring. What I like about it is that it allows you to block artists, so after listening for about a month what you usually get are the artists you listen to in the first place , only with a pleasant mix. Are there any other streaming radio stations that allow you to do that?

^ Yahoo radio. I should check that out. If I ever listen to something at work, it's usually CNN News or something, or mp3's.

Yeah, it's good isn't it. I wish they'd just allow me to block all rap/hip-hop/electronica/dance/crap... (bar the few rap/hip hop/crap bands I like. I don't like ANY dance or electronica bands).

Yea, it's pretty cool. First you choose the genres you like, and then you can block artists or make them your faves, so the radio plays them more often. The commercials could get annyoing, but if you like it a lot, you can get commercial free for $5 a month. I'm not paying for radio though
