Seems like a modern day interpretation of Beastie Boys to me...never heard them so that's just my initial judgment off what i've read/seen. Seems fitting considering the Beasties were among the first people to represent the Bathing Ape brand in America, back in the 90's.
i listened to the album........and i like it
its pretty funky, but seeing famous names that produced it, that isnt a surprise, it has an old school feel. really makes me want to dance.i guess im a fan now

well, yeah, its good! some songs are so-so, but some are pretty hot
"you no what time is it" ( dj shadow) & "kamkaze" ( dj premier) are favorites
the track produced by DP is just one of their latest, just slow. the pharrel tune is well....im sure you can imagine ( not a favorite )but, im not buying a bape hat....... yet .
