Since her secret wedding last month, Beyonce Knowles has been glowing even more than usual.
And friends are suggesting the marriage isn't the only thing she has kept under wraps.
Sources close to the Crazy In Love singer have hinted there could be double celebrations - as she and husband Jay-Z get set to have their first baby.
A friend said: "Beyonce is giving nothing away. She's always been close to her parents and open about wanting a large family of her own one day."
Beyonce, 26, and music mogul Jay-Z, 38, tied the knot over Christmas in a private ceremony with family and friends at fashion designer Giorgio Armani's house in Paris.
Since getting together five years ago, the couple have avoided talking about their relationship. Initially Beyonce's dad and manager, Matthew Knowles, disapproved of his daughter's choice of partner, but is now said to have come round to it.
Multi-millionaire Jay-Z proposed to Beyonce last May on holiday in Cannes in the south of France. After their wedding, they got matching tattoos of the Roman numeral IV on their fingers instead of rings.
Beyonce, who starred in the 2006 hit movie Dreamgirls, once said in an interview that she wouldn't pressure her children to become singers. She said: "We'll let our children make their own decisions. What if they are tone deaf? You never know."
Four years ago, at the age of 17, Beyonce's sister, Solange, married her American footballer boyfriend Daniel Smith in the Bahamas after finding out she was pregnant.
The friend added: "Beyonce and Solange have been brought up with strong Christian beliefs. Part of that belief is to be married before having children."
A spokesman for Beyonce said: "We do not comment on our client's private matters."
I say it's great that she's pregnant...she's at a point in her life where she is stable enough to start a family...more than stable actually, because she's richer than hell.
That's why I love Beyonce. She can stay private without it affecting her status. Unlike Jennifer Lopez who tried to conceal her pregnancy...when she wore that stupid teal dress and expected everyone NOT to know what the hell was going on.

i never heard beyonce was married either. there are always rumors that she and jay have gotten hitched, so i won't believe that until i see a ring on her finger and a baby in her belly.
