US pop star CHEYENNE KIMBALL was assaulted at a wrap party for her MTV reality show CHEYENNE, after a bandmember's wife became enraged when the singer chatting to her husband. The 16-year-old star was talking to bassist JOEY CLEMENTE at the 4 August (06) party at West Hollywood hotspot Guy's, when his wife MICHELLE became overwhelmed with jealousy. A source tells American publication Us Weekly, "She didn't like the interaction, so she punched Cheyenne in the face! "Cheyenne and Joey are friends, nothing more. The poor girl got assaulted at her own party!" Kimball's mother SHANNON had the woman ejected from the event and she was later seen crying outside the club. A representative for Kimball says, "Cheyenne was caught in an unfortunate situation. She harbours no ill will."

I can't stand Cheyenne so I smirked a bit when I read this
I've seen a few bits of her TV show and IMO she flirts with anything that is breathing, so I can understand why a wife would get suspicious.
Punching Cheyenne in the face was uncalled for, though.
The wife was probably feeling threatened by Cheyenne because, on her TV show, it seems that all these guys flirt with her and drool all over her. In reality though, you cut off her long blonde hair and she's just another random face

Haha, I was thinking about that....her parents (who seem to love drama) must have just eaten this up. Not only does it bring more attention to Cheyenne (cause her music ain't doing anything) but it also gives her a chance to act like the little good girl they portray her to be. Poor little Cheynne gets punched in the face and she doesn't even 'harbour ill will' against the women. What a saint!
