The newly bearded actor is now dating Olympic snowboarder Gretchen Bleiler, reports Us Weekly.

And, things between the two are reportedly so hot and heavy that the rather plain-looking (but not fug) Bleiler is moving from her current residence in Snowmass Village, Colorado to Los Angeles to be with Gyllenhaal.
