I've heard that Micheal Jackson did not show up in court this morning. His lawyers are claiming he is in the hospital. The Judge has announced that an arrest warrant will be issued if he does not appear in the next hour.

No, it's coming out now. I haven't watched it, but E! is reenacting it nightly. Not sure if you get that station in England, but they have tons of information online, too. Michael Jackson really needs some help. Seriously. There are too many people crying "wolf" around him (with these allegations). He really needs some help.

Michael Jackson, looking distressed and wearing pajamas under a blazer, showed up in court one hour and 40 minutes late Thursday morning after the judge threatened to arrest him.
The late arrival capped a dramatic turn of events in Jackson's child-molestation trial in which his lawyer initially said he would not be making an appearance at all because he was suffering from back problems.
i personally dont think he could have a fair trial too much media coverage.
and some of the acusations/comments i dont know whether to believe or not.

I don't think Michael Jackson is a child molestor, but i do think he is a whack job! I dont know, I havent really followed up too much on the case either...

I've been following his case quite closely, and I am still not sure. It's a half half thing. The defense have very good arguments (the non presence of the little boy's DNA in the bedroom). While the boy sounds quite convincing.
I don't know what to think. I use to think the boy's family was trying to extort money from Jackson, but now I am just too unsure.
This case seems a bit sketchy to me on different levels.
Michael Jackson is a very strange individual. We can all agree on the fact piece of fact.
He's a bit off- a bit weird- a bit..... different.
His persecption of reality is quiet blurry. and unrealistic and def. not the norm.
However - I don't think his essentric personality and behavior warrants him as a child molester.
I hope the members of the jury base their verdict on crystal clear proof and evidence of him absusing the child and not of his wack-o-ness.
I mean just because he has personal issues does not mean he is capable of abusing children.
Would you think Marilyn Manson to be a seriel killer because of his image.

The boys family have a history of trying to extort money from famous people and corporations. Who is to say they are not trying the same with wacko jacko.
Look if he really did those things he should be punished- but only if he REALLY did these things. He shoundnot be assumed guilty because of his weirdness.
Some people may think us weird that we are so fashion conscience,
and that we need to have the latest do dads/ that doesnot mean we are all vain and superficial- some of us just happen to like nice things.
