It's actually taken from the Harpers and Queen (she's on the cover this month) article about her where Leo happens to be strolling by on the beach where they were doing the photoshoot and her publicist said that joke about her sleeping with him and she then said 'Isn't he like 30 or something?'

And from that comes 'Mischa turns Leo down'??????? Yeah, I passed Pierce Brosnan and picked up his newspaper when he dropped it: 'Pierce Brosnan: Street sexual harrasser!'

It's quite interesting Leonardo is viewed by publicists as furthering a woman's career. It inadvertently insults Gisele I think. Although obviously being with him raised her profile by a large amount.
