We knew actress Natalie Portman and singing beard Devendra Banhart were tight; he did, after all, lay down an exclusive song for her Big Change: Songs for FINCA charity compilation last fall.
But apparently they're a lot tighter than that. MTV.com points us to this little tidbit: late last month, Nat and Big D collaborated on a video for "Carmensita" from Devendra's three-songs-too-long-player Smokey Rolls Down Thunder Canyon. No word on just when we'll get an eyeful of these two frolicking to the strains of D's chugging cut, but, ****, it's a far better Portman + facial hair guy equation than that thing that came on before The Darjeeling Limited.

Well her point was that Natalie likes to mess with the media about who she is really dating and she said Natalie has been known to bring out her gay BFF's to fool the paps. So..it's believable but clearly there are a lot of Nathan fans on here who don't want to go there!
More photos of her and Devendra. I happen to like Devendra and his music quite a lot so it excites me to see them together! And if she's happy, then I think that's great.
I always thought she'd look good with Orlando Bloom.
