Pamela Anderson and her beau, Kid Rock, are getting married, a source close to the Baywatch star confirms to PEOPLE.
"I'm finally getting remarried...it's been a whirlwind...spontaneous but well thought through," says the actress on her Web site.
Though she does not name Kid Rock in the note, which was posted Tuesday, the source tells PEOPLE that the couple plan to tie the knot on July 29, on a yacht near Saint-Tropez, where they recently celebrated Anderson's 39th birthday.
"I've raised my kids alone in hope of a miracle," Anderson writes. "Well my miracle came and went. And came back and came back because he knew that I'd wake up one day and realize that I was waiting for nothing. I'm moving on ... I feel like I'm finally free ... I'm in love. I'm happy."
Anderson was previously married to drummer Tommy Lee, with whom she has two sons, Dylan, 8, and Brandon, 10.

LOS ANGELES (Reuters) - Actress Pamela Anderson has married singer Kid Rock on a yacht near the French Riviera city of St. Tropez, celebrity magazine People said on Saturday.
The former Playboy model announced her engagement to the Detroit rap-rocker on her Web site last week.
"Yes, I'm finally getting remarried ... I'm in love. I'm happy," Anderson wrote on the site, www.pamelaanderson.com.
Anderson, 39, and Rock, 35, whose recordings include 1998's "Devil Without a Cause," have been romantically linked since the early 2000s but broke off their relationship in 2003. That had been seen together recently vacationing along the Riviera.

Maybe a mod can rename the title of the thread? I really didn't want to start another thread on the divorce since they just married a few months ago.....They are getting divorced already. So shocking!

TMZ has learned that Pamela Anderson has filed for divorce from husband Kid Rock.
Anderson, who is represented by celebrity hotshot lawyer Neal Hersh, cited irreconcilable differences.
The couple was married August 3, 2006. Earlier this month, Anderson suffered a miscarriage.
It looks like there was a rush to the courthouse. Kid Rock also filed divorce papers this morning, 53 minutes before her docs were stamped by the clerk.
Interestingly, Pam and Kid Rock each give a different date of separation. She says they split on November 21. He says November 26.
We've learned there was not a prenup, however, the two were married for such a brief period of time it will probably have little impact.
Pam's website offers a short statement confirming the divorce, saying "Yes, it's true. Unfortunately impossible."

In fact, Anderson, 39, and Rock, 35, both filed divorce petitions Monday, each citing irreconcilable differences, but they gave different dates of separation. Anderson's papers said they separated before Thanksgiving weekend, on Tuesday, Nov. 21, 2006, while Rock – who filed under his real name, Robert Ritchie – said they separated on Sunday, Nov. 26. No reasons were given for the discrepancy.
Both ask that the court not get involved in awarding spousal support.
The couple held their first wedding ceremony on July 29 on a yacht in St. Tropez. In a note posted on her Web site the following day, Anderson described the nuptials as "The best most romantic wedding of all time."
Earlier this month, Anderson's rep confirmed that the actress had suffered a miscarriage while in Vancouver filming the movie Blonde and Blonder.
The marriage was Anderson's second; she was married to Mötley Crüe drummer Tommy Lee from 1995 to 1998 and has two sons with him – Brandon, 10, and Dylan, 8. Rock has a 13-year-old son, Bob Jr., with former flame Kelley South Russell.
Anderson and Rock had dated and broken up before: They first got together in spring 2001, became engaged in April 2002 and then split in June 2003.
They rekindled their romance this July when they ran into each other in St. Tropez on a yacht owned by a mutual friend. "It was like we'd never been apart," Rock told PEOPLE on July 11. Although they weren't expecting to see each other, "it turned out great. She had the kids there and it was so nice to see them and it was wonderful. Love her to death."
