True CelineChic, Chloe's not a teen. I definitely think she's a star, but that's subjective. Anyhow, mags/tabloids often refer to celebs that became famous in their teens as "teen stars" so it could be anyone...

Scott Sartiano = the co-owner of Butter ('painfully hip restaurant in NYC') and Ashley's current man, I guess..
The Enquirer has Ashley on the cover this week looking all baked, and it says that Scott has been accused of cocaine dealing (something to the effect).

She is now apparently suing for defamation of character - I'm sure the info is in another thread somewhere...
