10.) Alison Arngrim: "Little Nellie of the prairie, looks like a 1940's fashion editor for the Farmers Almanac."
9.) Lindsay Lohan: "Lindsay the fashion frenzy strikes again! Lohan takes fashion to a new low."
8.) Jessica Simpson: "Forget the Cowboys. In prom queen screams, can it get any worse? She's a global fashion curse!"
7.) Avril Lavigne: "Gothic make-up courtesy the mad spatula-Fashions provided by.. The house of Dracula!"
6.) Eva Green: "Stuck in neon nightmares not fit for the sane. Fashion this loud could give Bond a migraine! A profusion of confusion from toes to nose!"
5.) Kelly Clarkson: "Her heavenly voice soars above the rest... but those belly-baring bombs are hellish at best! She may be the queen of 'Pro-Active' – but that wardrobe looks downright radioactive!"

Britney Spears -- Us' worst dressed star of the year -- was left off.
Mr. Blackwell added a note at the end of his list: "For those of you who were expecting to see Britney's name adorn the 2007 list, I felt that it was in appropriate at this time to make comment, when her personal life is in such upheaval. I hope 2008 is a better year for her."

I don't think Britney has been out enough in public events to make the list.. all her picture are mostly from her going to get starbucks (which is like 300 photos a day.. )
I use to like his list but now it's just lame. There are too many best & worst dressed lists.
To me Eva, MK and Victoria should not be on there. They aren't bad they are just different.
On there should be people like Emmy Rossum and Katie Holmes who are generic and boring with their choices.
I like the fact that Paris isn't on there. Less attention and hopefully she will just disappear.

I don't get his criteria for making a worst dressed list... There are oodles of really really bad dressed people out there... how do you just pick 10?
Personally, I'm not a big fan of Vic Beckham, but half his list dresses worst than she does.
yeah i agree...i'm not a fan of posh but i wouldnt put her at #1 on a worst dressed list....mk olsen shouldnt be there either...she's had some disasters but she's had some great moments too..
List like this upset me... I mean, why can't fashion be an expression of your personality? When everyone looks 'good' (understated with up swept hair, light make-up, a solid dress and simple jewelry), then pretty much any and all creativity it lost.
