People, people, it was from an email sent to the Daily Mail from one of the members of the Royal forum. This story is a joke....cannot believe how gullible the press are...

Same, I do actually like her now. I feel really sorry for her, it must make it become 10 times harder to cope with a break up when the world and his wife are speculating and gossiping behind her back

I don't hate or like her. I don't even think William is that eligible as a bachelor. But I think it is ridiculous how much effort the royal family had put into protecting Kate from the exploitation of news media. She obviously enjoys the attention she gets from the press anyway. I say just leave them be. So what if they get married??? Not like it will be the end of the world.

From heir to eternity for Wills

thesun.co.uk
THIS could be the steamy beach scene as loved-up Prince William and Kate Middleton enjoy a break in a desert island paradise. William, 24, and sweetheart Kate, 25, have romantic exclusive Desroches Island in the stunning Seychelles all to themselves for a week.
So we took a famous shot from the 1953 love movie From Here To Eternity, featuring Burt Lancaster and Deborah Kerr in a passionate clinch — and replaced their heads with Wills and Kate.
Desroches is described as the most romantic island in the world. And insiders reckon the palm-fringed sandy beaches on the Indian Ocean will provide an irresistible setting for the Prince to propose.
A source told The Sun: “William was desperate to spend some quality time alone with Kate. The island is perfect as it is so private.
“Normally it is full of honeymooning couples. But for them, the entire resort has been booked.”

Set to propose ... William with sweetheart Kate

And significantly, when the couple have gone away before, pals of Wills like Guy Pelly tagged along.
This time the young sweethearts — back together after a split in April — are determined to be alone.
A turning point
Commentary By
DUNCAN LARCOMBE,
Royal Correspondent

WILLS and Kate are acting like a couple on the brink of a major turning point in their lives.
All summer they have avoided being seen in public together.
But now they have left their problems in the past. Wills has realised that life without Kate is impossible.
They have gone to huge lengths to keep their holiday on this dot in the ocean discreet.
It is surely only a matter of time before they pluck up courage to make the next step official.
William flew to the Seychelles capital Mahe on Wednesday.
Kate travelled a day earlier. They took separate seaplane flights to Desroches.
They are expected to spend their week together enjoying swimming, snorkelling and bike rides through the lush island.
An online advert for the resort reads: “There exist on Earth few places that can truly be described as paradise.
“Imagine a small Island, 6km long and 1km wide, acres of shady coconut palms fringed by 14km of white sandy beaches, lapped by crystal clear turquoise waters sheltered by the encircling reef. That paradise is Desroches Island.”
The 20 guest suites on the island cost around £500 a night and the resort has been a magnet for rich couples since opening in 1990.
Past visitors have included Richard Branson and Tony Blair and their families.
Friends claimed Wills and Kate actually kissed and made up just hours after announcing to the world that they were no longer an item.
But they decided to keep their reunion secret to enjoy time together out of the limelight.
In April they hit the rocks because Kate demanded more commitment. By taking her to paradise, Wills could not have made his change of heart more clear.

Romantic trips, the keys to Clarence House: Could marriage be back on the table for William and Kate?

Last updated at 23:14pm on 19th August 2007 Comments (8)
Romantic break: The couple on holiday last year, before they split up. Now they are on holiday again in an attempt to rekindle the romance

Kate Middleton has arrived in the Seychelles for a romantic trip with Prince William. The trip, along with the announcement over the weekend that Kate has been given the keys to Clarence House, has led bookies to place new odds on whether the couple come home engaged - or even married.
William and Kate, both 25, flew to the Desroches Island Resort in the Seychelles for a week-long holiday last week.
Unlike many previous exotic trips where they have been joined by a large crowd of friends, they are taking this one as a couple.
The £5,000-a-week resort boasts a small number of bungalows surrounded by palm-studded gardens on a tiny Indian Ocean island.
The romantic break has prompted punters to place a number of Royal wagers with bookmakers William Hill. Hill's offer 25/1 that Kate returns from the Seychelles with a ring on her finger and a massive 250/1 that they get married on this holiday.
Hill's have slashed the price of Kate and William get engaged in the next five years from 3/1 to 1/1, with 2008 the favourite year at 2/1 with 2007 offered at 5/1.
For the pessimistic punter the bookies are 33/1 that they break up for good in the next two weeks.
Signs from Clarence House are anything but pessimistic, however. This weekend the Mail on Sunday revealed Kate was given a security pass to Clarence House in what has been described as a 'clear step' towards putting her rekindled relationship with Prince William on an 'official footing'.
The pass, held by members of the Royal Household, will allow her to come and go as she pleases, giving her an independence and a status that she has not so far enjoyed.

The Mail understands that the decision to give Kate this 'golden ticket' to the Royal residences was taken during a recent review of Clarence House security.
One well-placed insider said: "Kate being given a pass to Clarence House is a very clear and practical step towards putting her relationship with Prince William on a more official footing. It's a logistical way of bringing her into the fold."
The senior source went on to reveal that plans for William and Kate's engagement are once more being discussed at the highest level: "Things are a lot more imminent than you understand...plans for William and Kate have been ring-fenced."

Love nest: The luxurious resort where Kate and William are staying

Read more... For Kate, the extension of a security pass is the most significant and personal privilege that she has been afforded to date. She has in effect been given a key to the Royal residences.
Her visits need no longer be heralded by William or his bodyguards requesting her name be put on a list of visitors held by the protection officer at the gates.
Nor need she go through the rigmarole of presenting any identifying documents other than her pass.
Kate split from William in April but they reunited on his instigation just weeks later, though news of their rapprochement emerged only when they were seen kissing at a fancy-dress ball in June.

Cosy: Where the couple are staying

Army officer William is due to complete a stint with the Blues and Royals this year. He then has three-month attachments with both the RAF and Navy.
He can have no doubts about his future career path. And with their holiday and Kate's household 'key', it seems he is similarly decided in his personal life.
Last night Clarence House refused to comment.

Where are the photos of them on this break? He invited her as one of his friends. He has about 10 friends with him on this trip, what's the big deal.

That what I say, no one ever talks about that they have friends with them on the trips, just that "oh they are in love", "a romantic holiday together". Please.

Anyways this is just my two cents but I don't think they will get married, look at the track records of other princes of the world. Take Prince Felipe of Spain, he was dating a Norwegian model for about four or five years then suddenly dumped her and then dated and was engaged to Letizia within a year.

And Prince Willem-Alexander of the Netherlands dated and was engaged to Maxima within three years of meeting her.

it also took Prince Haakon and Mette Marit three years to date and become engaged.

I'm not saying that Wills and Kate still won't get married, I think the more he waits the less likely it is for them to get married. That's just my opinion of course.
