Death

yep folks, scott peterson has been sentenced to death and there was no reaction out of anybody, not even the guy himself. You'd think either way he's gonna get hell from fellow inmates if he'd serve life or fellow death row inmates if or when he's gonna be on the row. Damned if he is damned if he's not, oh well.... now it's time to wait for someone to break their silence and do an interview or book deal. Aw.. what powers of money it has!

Oh and by the way, this is kragirk just misskra reinvented, unwillingly that is

mistake after mistake.
apart from death penalty being a barbaric practice, the stupidity of these people to put someone to death based on circumstantial evidence is beyond my understanding. just absurd and primitive.

I'm with you. Totally ridiculous...

Oh, and there's a thread on this in The Fashion Daily forum.

I am surprised with the verdict but I believe it is the right one. It was a tough decision I bet

they said on the news that if you get sentenced to death, you're put in solitary in a single cell that's larger than the other cells. you also get more contact with the outside (like your attorney, etc). he wouldn't have contact with other inmates, because of the nature of his crimes.

I was hoping that he was going to get life in prison and suffer emotionaly and physically for what he's done.

Let him live his life thinking about the wrong that he's done. Don't put him out of his misery by killing him,

S. Peterson will probably live a fairly long life... CA takes about 17 years to complete an execution. We'll be telling our children about this when it finally happens.

That's not necessarily true about contact with other inmates. I think he doesn't interact with the general prison population, but he probably does with other death row inmates at time to time. In CA, I believe 15 death row inmates (or was it 8?) have been killed by other inmates.

A very touchy case for someone, I feel. I think it's odd that there have been people who have killed numerous people who weren't sentenced to death. But with Lacy having an unborn child, that definnitely threw this case into another realm.
