I have good news, good news and
more good news. That is, unless you're a die-hard
Alias fan or a
TomKat hater.
Now, we
all know I'm def not a member of either of the above clubs.
Kristin "Suck-Up" Veitch, I'm not, huh? Damn straight.
But then, who I am kidding? As I live for anything
Tom Cruise--despite his religion's views on drugs and pooftahs--I really shouldn't talk. But I am, at least, doing my journalistic duty and checking into snitty word that Tom and
Katie Holmes have broken up. What say you, Camp Thomas?
"It's utterly such a crock of s--t," blabbed T.C.'s repper (who's winning her way straight into my potty-mouth heart, I'll tell ya). "I think all the other stuff that's out there has gotten so old, people are just making things up right now."
You mean like Katie's Ohioan fam finally breaking through Cruise's million-dollar-dance seduction of Katie? After all, naughty word on the Hollywood superhighway is that Ms. H. is close to being hijacked by those members of her close-knit clan who don't want her to become the next Mrs. Cruise.
"Utterly untrue," replied a rep for the star of such disparate flicks as
Batman Begins and
Muppets from Space. "Tom and Katie are very much together."
I actually think this might be true. 'Cause I hear through the multihousekeeper set that Holmes--who's currently living with Cruise--is going to extremes to see her boyfriend.
"They're keeping the same hours," said a source close to the
M:I-3 star and Holmes. "Tom is in L.A. right now shooting nights and sleeping all day." Devoted g-f Katie-poo, I'm told, stays up at night, just so she'll have the same hours as Tommy-stud.
Hmmm.
Sure sounds like a bride-to-be on a mission, as opposed to a gal who's on the verge of breakup, to
moi. Also, perhaps, explains why the couple hasn't been seen out much of late.
But that's all just conjecture, right? I mean, Katie and Tom could bust up tomorrow for all I know. Just don't think it's gonna happen.
Even though Camp T.C. told me the beautiful couple has not set a date, they remain engaged.
And sleep deprived.
