Banks has invited the British model onto her American talk show to discuss their 14-year rivalry in the hope they can put their differences behind them and become friends.
The potentially explosive episode will air in the US on 14 November (05).
like i said in more words in naomi's thread, i think that they basically resolved this in private already and are only doing it on the show to attract publicity for the Victoria's Secret fashion show that will be telecast like 2 weeks after the Tyra Show airs.
they are both huuuuuugely successful women in an industry that chews up and spits out women faster than you can blink. plus, they are both black, both celebrities outside the modelling world, both in VS and on the VS show. they probably just said, "okay, surely to God we can be mature adults and resolve this situation once and for all."
plus, i'm sure they want the media to finally shut up about the whole thing.

GAWD! I remember that feud! ...Tyra was this new girl on the catwalk and Naomi started to (ADMIN EDIT)! saying all sorts of derrogatory things , accusing of copying her bla bla bla....

I agree. I mean I've never seen Naomi on any talk show where she didn't act like this giggly little robot grabbing everyone like they're her best friend.
I agree it's for publicity. Not sure whether it's for VS fashion show though. Tyra's talk show could just be slipping in the ratings and they need something to attract viewers....
