looks like she might be wearing a blazer too...i can see some sort of collar ^ and lots of bracelets....as well as black patent booties

^^^No that's her assistant. The guy next to her is David he is accessories market editor at Harper's Bazaar. I should know I just finished my internship with him.

I've always thought that too . Sometimes her hair can detract from her face. Especially since she wears little to no makeup. But her features are very delicate and feminine.
