I completely love threads like this. It's so interesting to see everyone's different tastes. I'd not seen the issue of German Vogue with Julia Stegner on the cover before now - it's amazing!

I believe the first is April 1937 and the second December 2001 (could be mistaken, though).

This Vogue Paris Cover with Audrey Marnay shot by Testino is one of my favourite covers.

Also these DANSK covers for the blonde issue and the luxurious issue.

It's an AMAZING cover.....one of the best ever IMO. It would be a real dream scenario if French Vogue would put together a book with their covers...

Too many Vogue Italia covers to mention... but I remember in 1991, as a schoolgirl, when magazines were still all new to me, seeing one on the top shelf of a shop, and really wanting it, and my best friend lending me the money to get it. All of the Shana Zadrick Vogue Italias mean something to me, even though they must look immensely out-of-place today. This one is December 1991.

The second cover is a later one, Kirsty Hume, from August 1994. It's the sort of cover shot that most appeals to me; I like glamour. Oh yes.
