Yeah.. but sometimes.. I mean, you can have great covers with celebs, can't you.. Does it always has to be bad cover, if it celeb? Like automatically.

I wonder why Elle's outtakes are usually so nice and then they but cover something that we have seen thousand times before. Like every Cosmo cover looks same. Maybe magazine's have some policy how they cover should be. And celeb in cover is according that line.
