Honestly, I don't like the new direction Jalouse is going, I prefer the old Jalouse

Too much of the indie stuff in recent issues

I feel embarrased to say this, but I actually like Diva Dompe

, not in a way that makes me care about whatever she's up to or even proud to know who she is

, I just find her more sympathetic and modest than all the other echopark hipsters like cory or tennessee.. but deep bottom, I think I just tolerate her because she's pretty fortunate-looking, I like her dad.. and her boyfriend is gorgeous. all the right reasons, of course

. In a time where anyone can get a Jalouse cover, at least she's got some slightly cool, unofficial credentials to justify it.

*oh and she's in a band too, I keep forgetting! why is alex not on the cover then..

Alex isn't in the band anymore, I think they broke up? But yeah, Diva does seem a lot different than all of the other girls in that same social circle.

Jalouse is slowly turning into Nylon.. but with their own flair. I dont really like it. Hopefully the editorials aren't as disappointing as the last two.

I like Jalouse and like i said before IT'S CHEAP it has to turn really really bad to not justify the price, but who are this persons? Most magazine covers lately have been a mystery to me, I don't mind though, i'm starting to pretend they are all anonymous models.

Showed up in my mailbox today. Great editorials, interviews- everything, as per usual. My favorite was the accessories supplement shot in Hotel Amour. Maybe scan some things in later.

Holy ****, I can't believe Diva is on the cover. She's a really great girl.. nice kid, not caught up in some bull**** scene and has her on thing going on. I remember her bf before Alex was also hot as well.
