it's a nice shoot and i like that she isn't tanned within an inch of her life, and i'd probably like this if i haven't seen her (all of her) everywhere else...
I like it because when I got to the legs, I remembered an unkind comment that a man once made to a redhead friend, about her skin sometimes resembling a plucked chicken. So yay for real legs making a proud and pale appearance on the front of a cover somewhere.

I think it's symptomatic of the general media mood where any girls with scandal are leaving everyone else in the shade. If it's not Lindsay on the cover of a mag, it's Britney on the news bulletin or Amy in the newspaper.
