Is this really 2006, MMA?.. I've got this Cover issue laying around here.. June/July 2005 .. and they have a small feature about POP magazine where they showed some of their covers and there's the Kylie one included..

MMA!.. still not officially sure about this but 006 is the number of the issue.. considering 007 was for F/W 03.04, I'd be inclined to believe this is Spring/Summer 2003..
Also, judging by this ebay seller, who sells the magazine as 2006 but has showed part of the content, you can tell the ads (cesare pacciotti and especially givenchy by julien mcdonald featuring frankie r.) are indeed from summer '03.
I'll be back when I manage to gather some more proof!.
