^yes. i think it's usually published in a hardcover format.

^yes indeed ... they did that now for a certain time ... not sure (let's ask max or asf) but i think their last soft cover was something like SS05 or the next one .... SS05 is actually the last soft cover i own ...
and that's also why the price went from 15 to 20 € .....
