After a handful of Arena covers and seeing her former lady-in-waiting at Victoria's Secret, Adriana Lima, grace the cover twice, Gisele has finally arrived as US GQ. Maybe she wanted to contain her level of visibility and exposure in the US, or maybe the magazines just didn't offer a team attractive enough, but Gisele has been shy to pose for lad's magazines on this side of the Atlantic. She was on the cover of Esquire's photo issue a couple of years ago, shot by James White, but that's as far as she was willing to venture.
I think GQ picked the worst image from the shoot for the cover, but I do like the concept of having an iconic lingerie model wearing something as toned down as boxer briefs. It's a refreshing change from the beach/jungle scene that you would expect GQ to serve up in the midst of summer when they have a babe on the cover.
Gisele looks very commanding.

I really don't like Gisele in these more submissive poses, even though she does wear the men's underpants...
. I just think she could have answered it better rather than calling the questions "stupid".
