I made some photoshop brushes that have the Vogue logo. There are three sizes in the set: 489 pixels, 500 pixels and 692 pixels. Perhaps this will be of some help. I made them in Photoshop CS2 so hopefully they'll work with everyone's computer.

I will definitely be submitting a design (it seems like a much better use of my time than studying for exams,) but I have a suggestion:
Perhaps after the seven day period you could repost all of the covers in one post, just so it's easier for voters to see/compare covers without going through however many pages in the thread .
